Child riding motor scooter on sidewalk repeatedly

Can you start over to (number withheld) Barrows Road? This has been an ongoing issue.

Caller there reports that there is a youth, probably (number withheld) years old, riding a motor scooter up and down and around the Barrows Loop, up on the sidewalk.

This happens pretty much every day at about this time.

She'd like.

To speak to somebody about that.
