Tree contacting power lines causing smoke and arcing

I was advised it's a Duke transmission line.

Going to make contact with Duke with a tree that's making contact with the transmission lines and it's starting to smoke and arc a little.

What intersection?

Fall Creek Drive and, but it's down in the valley by the basketball courts.
