Report of child thrown down in store parking lot

I have a caller reporting she saw a child be almost thrown to the ground and the child was saying "ouch." The family was exiting the Kohl's, they got into a black Toyota Tacoma.

The male party was wearing a black shirt, female party was wearing a (description withheld) and black biker shorts, and the little girl was wearing a pink t-shirt.

The Toyota Tacoma should not have a front plate on it.
