Impaired driver reported on State Road 3 near Milroy

Rush County just called and advised they received a report of a possible 1055 headed southbound State Road 3.

I believe it's going through Milroy.

It's a black sedan, almost hit multiple vehicles head on, going into oncoming traffic.
