Received a call from an RP that was just east of his shop.

He stated that a strange white subject came up to him and was asking for a ride.

Said there's going to be a white male, approximately 6 ft two, with long dark hair, wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

RP said he last saw him around the intersection of 10th and Highway 152.
