Female pedestrian with bicycle on westbound shoulder, Mindenmines MO

00:00

Could you create me a call for a pedestrian?

00:03

Be westbound near the 7 mi marker.

00:07

I passed a female that was on the inside shoulder with a bicycle.

00:10

I'm not sure what she was doing, but I could stop because of traffic.

00:13

I'm gonna try to get flipped around and make contact.
