Female patient with low blood pressure found in group home

Patient was last known well with 7.30 last night. Patient was getting into bed. Family came this morning and found her in the bed with a large black and tarry stool with a little bit of red in it as well. initial blood pressure 51 over 24. We've given 20 mics of push toes epinephrine. We have given almost a liter of fluids at this point. We started a legal fed drip at 0.04 micrograms per kilogram per hour. And to the last blood pressure I have is 7 over 40.3. got a blood pressure over 70th, or 80 systolic. We'll be there in about 10 minutes in questions.
