Car blocks road and causes hazard on Highway 200
Traffic(name withheld) sort of a living violation sort of road reach incident that occurred a police truck stop, 3705 Highway 200 East. The vehicle that was working in the roadway is a white Chevy equinox heading westbound. There was a female unknown if she was passenger driver to hang out the window and was yelling at her collar.
