Person with head trauma to be transported to hospital

We're going to be transporting to Mo Valley Hospital.

Can you let them know we're coming shortly with a code three head trauma, possible puncture to the left side of the head.

Patient is fighting us on the helicopter, so we're going to be ground transport to Mo Valley.

Maybe have the helicopter divert to Mo Valley Hospital.
