As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a man possibly tampering with ATM machines outside a credit union near McHenry Avenue in Modesto. A second individual, a woman, was also seen nearby. The man appeared to be using multiple cell phones and was observed near a Safeway store.
