Riders warned to keep four-wheeler and bike off road

I don't know what the problem is. But you can ride on a double line road at 25 miles and under. And you can ride on a side street also . Of course wearing a helmet. They follow all the rules. They weren't riping ass thru the neighbor hood. But the bunch in the bottom is who you need to worry about. THERE TEARISING THE rails for trail ,one hit a little kid ,there always out running the cops . There's nothing to do in this town . If a well behaved kid wants to go riding on his 4 wheeler let him. There's worst shit he could be doing. But someone gonna bitch about a 14 year old kid that follows the rules,wears a helmet ect. I give up....🤦
