Tires dumped in alleyway blocking traffic

I just took a debris call or kind of like a dumping call, I guess.

Between Franklin and Lyle, and then Fourth and Fifth, in that alleyway, it sounds like somebody dumped a large amount of tires in a shopping cart that are including traffic or impeding the lane of travel in the alleyway.

Again, Franklin and Lyle to Fourth and Fifth.

Copy, I'll be over there now.
