As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible transient or pedestrian seen standing in the center divide near the southbound side of Highway 101 just south of Boronda Road. The individual, described as an older male with a gray beard and dark clothing, appeared to be waving at passing vehicles and possibly smoking. It was unclear if the situation posed any immediate hazard.
