Truck reported for burnout on South Third Street

Good.

My caller's at (number withheld) South Third Street.

They stated that a red Dodge diesel truck with blackout plates left from that address going northbound did a big burnout in the middle of the roadway.

So it left from that residence.

I know it was just that's where it was last seen in front of that residence.
