This was a mental case. Had this app actually allowed the entire call to be heard, dispatch clearly states it had been someone who had called in earlier and they believed it was a 10-92 situation. It was then confirmed upon arrival that there had been no crime committed in which the RP had claimed.

What in the hell? OMG! This is an INSANE WORLD we have going on right now. I think I’ve “outgrown” this place we’re residing in at the moment. I can’t make any sense of ANY of this violent nonsense…
