Suspicious car parked for hours on Chesterfield Road

One call only reporting a suspicious motor vehicle that pulled over about 2 h ago on the eastbound side of the road, the area of the trailer park.

And the caller drove back by it again and it's still there.

Described as a black sedan with mass tags, occupied by one male.

Stated the male.

I was just sitting there, hanging on a call.
