Morgan County Sheriff, I took a call from a resident at (number withheld) Morningstar Drive.

He advised that a black sedan has pulled up in front of his home.

The people in the vehicle sat there for 10 minutes with the interior lights on.

They have shut the lights off now and still remain in front of the home.
