Dispatch reports a domestic dispute at a residence on East St in Morgantown. A woman says a man grabbed her and would not let her leave. The man is on the phone with dispatch while refusing to let her go. Dispatch later reports that the man says the woman had a knife at one point. The woman is then reported to be running down the road. Weapons are believed to be inside the residence.
