Suspicious note left at apartment door

My address is off of Long Tree Lane.

It's going to be at apartment (number withheld).

The complainant received a note saying "open this through the door." Complainant threw out note in front of the location and when she went to go back to get it, the note disappeared.

Never saw the subject who left the note.
