Person unresponsive after boat gets stuck and fills with water

(number withheld) Overcup Lake Road, female living there stating that there is somebody she can see from her house in a flat bottom boat, but it's stuck on a stump.

The boat looks like it's filling up with water and one person jumped out to try to get the boat out.

They're not answering when she's calling to see if they need help.

We've paged off the dive team as well.
