Suspicious workers installing cable outside home

For a suspicious, (number withheld) Parkview Drive, caller states 15 min ago there were two males that were installing a cable outside of the caller's address.

Older black males wearing high visibility vests.

They did, when they were confirmed, they advised the caller they were setting up internet lines for whoever buys the caller's home.
