Woman pacing at base gate without credentials

Subject at the front gate of the Mountain Home Air Force Base.

She advised the woman was trying to get access but doesn't seem to have any credentials on her.

She was also seen talking to herself and looking different as if she was trying to get to.

They advised she doesn't seem to have any weapons and doesn't seem to be a threat, but she does have bags and is pacing.
