Suspicious parked SUV reported on East 18th North

We had an RP call in saying there is a burgundy Cadillac SUV parked in front of their neighbor's house.

RP advised it's been there for at least 15 minutes and that there was a man sitting inside, but there is no longer anybody in the vehicle.

They found it suspicious.
