Reckless driver reported on Highway 6 east

it's going to be a signal 99[1], a two-door dark gray Dodge Charger with license plate (number withheld) that's driving reckless, speeding, passing people up like a high rate of speed, heading east towards Natchitoches.

Speed has been advised as well.
