Men with flashlight try to take truck tires

What? (number withheld) New Circle Drive, (name withheld) saying that there was two male parties walking around with a flashlight looking in his truck and other individuals, possibly trying to steal tires.

Now they're walking down the street towards where the water tower used to be north of his residence.

Couldn't now get a description, looked like male parties, 30 to 40s.

Doesn't want to speak with law enforcement, just wants an officer in the area.

Drive by.

Ten four.

Nine hundred and six to wires.

I can get that way.

About 10 min out.
