Open hydrant reported near cemetery in Nevis

The hydrant right across from the cemetery is turned on.

RP says it's been on about 30 minutes and they do have a picture of a car with a boat that was leaving the area about the time they saw it being or saw it turned on.

Do we have any phone numbers for city workers for any of this?
