Man threatens woman with knife during family dispute

A 911 call came from an apartment on North Park Drive and then disconnected. The dispatcher could hear a woman screaming, a child yelling "stop," and a man saying not to call the police. The caller later reported that her brother had put his hands on her, and that her mother was roughly handling a child. She also said the man threatened her with a knife and had the knife in his pocket. Officers were informed that a person at that address is known to be very hostile toward police.
