Loud vehicle doing burnouts on Chamberlin Way

Took a call from a subject stating that there's a black vehicle, possibly an Audi, has a modified exhaust or no exhaust.

It's very loud, backfiring, doing burnouts in the area, in general nuisance.

The vehicle just pulled in at number (number withheld) Chamberlain Way.
