Man slumped over wheel in vehicle at retail store, New Vienna OH

00:00

I just received a signal nine for a suspicious vehicle at the Family Dollar in Louisiana.

00:06

It's going to be a Ford Ranger with a male inside, slumped over the wheel.

00:10

It's going to be parked at the side of the building between the building and the dumpster.
