Neighbor reports loud blasts and black smoke

He's stating that what his neighbor at (number withheld), (number withheld) Crestview Road, possibly setting off fireworks or some type of an explosion.

He advised it shakes his house when he videotapes.

It looks like it just a big puff of black smoke.

He's not sure what they're setting off.

He just wants a deputy to go out to talk to him.
