Police requested after unclear 911 call in Newark

22, can you turn around to area (number withheld) FM 718? We had a male complainant call 911 requesting he needed police.

There was a big language barrier and what is answered questions and disconnected when I wrote it off the phone.

I don't know what the vehicle he's in or what exactly was going on.
