Woman yelling at traffic in roadway near apartments, Newport VT

00:00

No, I got a call from a resident at the Highland Apartments saying there was a female on the roadway yelling at traffic not to continue past on past her.

00:11

And there was a male subject that got out of his vehicle and told her to get out of the road.

00:21

Yeah, 10-4.

00:25

I just, the only reason that I see it is I drove by and I see somebody, a girl walking with a flashlight.

00:30

But like I said, it was nobody on our department.

00:34

It must have been a resident up there or something.

00:42

I can go back and take a look if you'd like, (name withheld).

00:47

No, we're all set.

00:48
