Man threatens to stab and kill people at treatment center

Advised that her subject with a male subject at that location, twenty-four year old, he's very aggressive and threatening in nature over the phone call.

Has made threats that he will stab anyone that speaks to him, and has also made the threat that he will kill.

Anyone that calls police, the supervisor is going to keep him on the phone until an officer can get there.

Unknown if this may be a medical condition that's making him act this way, or what's going on.
