As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a parking complaint at a store parking lot where a silver Chevy Colorado was parked too close to a silver Honda Odyssey, blocking the caller from entering her vehicle. The driver later moved the vehicle to the north side, and the caller was advised to obtain a private property crash form from the customer service desk.
