Just received a call from a (name withheld), who stated she picked up a young female in North Hudson.

She was standing in the middle of the road with a yellow lab.

Stated that she seemed very distraught that she was being abused.

Would only allow her to leave her at Stewart's.The only information she gave her was that her name was (name withheld).

But she was stating that she was potentially going to harm herself and her dog.

No phone, had a plaid shirt, reddish brown color, and probably early thirties with her hair in a bun.
