For another party's advising, there was a group of teens on West Walnut and North Ransom firing shots at someone up the street, black shirt, black pants, DOS he was towards Mooney. Herpy calling in at West Walnut and North Ransom advised the DOT of the teams is towards Mooney. They are firing shots at someone unknown if anyone's been hit at this time. I'm going to be in it, black shirt, black pants, blue shirt, black pants. Ran down King Street now I'm being advised. Did they run east or west from Ransom?
