Male in wheelchair soaked and catheter leaking at North Main St

North Webster EMS, (number withheld) North Main Street, cross streets Fourth Street and Fourth Forest Road, between the Circle K gas station.

Worker there stating that there's a male there in a wheelchair.

He is soaking wet from the rain, but his also his catheter is leaking, and he does not have anything for his catheter.

They would like him checked out.
