Report of people entering vacant Ingram Street home

Caller advises this is a vacant property and there've been subjects seen going in and out of the property earlier with a male white unknown clothing and just recently a female white unknown clothing.

Caller does not know if anyone is inside at this time and it's an ongoing issue.
