Male performs chest compressions on woman who recovers
Medical EmergencyJust took a 911[1] call from 118, the house right across from him at 128. The caller reported a male was doing chest compressions on a female. She has since recovered, is now back on her feet, and now they're walking down on the road toward the train tracks. She's described as dressed all black, 20s, (name withheld).
