Suspicious vehicle seen driving slowly near home

At a code of 4809 , the 408 RP was advising at 15:00 at W Carson at HMA, and a 2018 dark blue Honda Accord was driving around the neighborhood and slowly stopped near his residence.

He was supposed to have gotten out of the vehicle, but when he had seen the RP, he got back in the vehicle with joy.

He was last seen at the 76 gas station on Cannon.

And the RP is requesting an area check and is available.
