High speed pursuit of white Audi on I-80 and I-580

Officers were advised that highway patrol was trying to stop a white Audi with no license plates that did not pull over near the toll plaza on eastbound Interstate 80. The car was traveling at very high speed and entered eastbound Interstate 580, with officers reporting speeds around 90 to 115 miles per hour in light traffic. The pursuit continued past the junction with Highway 980 toward Grand Avenue, then the vehicle exited at Grand Avenue into Oakland and turned onto Lakeshore Avenue toward the Embarcadero area at about 50 miles per hour. Officers reported no pedestrians in the roadway. They eventually lost sight of the Audi as it continued along Lakeshore Avenue near Brooklyn, and the pursuit was ended.
