Story goes, patient was giving her dog some water when she slipped on her, her floor, just over the wet surface.

She hyperextended her right knee and then descended the floor.

She didn't hit her neck, she didn't hit her head.

Has no head, neck, or back pain, just feeling pain from that knee right now.

About a three out of ten, which is not moving.

I didn't see any obvious deformities, just tenderness.
