We arrived on scene to the entrance to your facility to find a possibly 90 year old male.

Chief complaint is altered mental status.

Per a security guard on scene, they said the patient was in the waiting room, wandered off, had an unwitnessed fall at the street level just before you guys' facility.

Patient is alert, oriented times two.

Patient states he just has minor head pain from the fall.
