00:24
So story goes, last known well time for my patient was Thursday night, so two nights ago.
00:36
Patient went to bed when she woke up in the morning.
00:40
She had increased left arm weakness and increased for decreased left hand grip.
00:49
All other stroke symptoms are negative.
00:51
So right now it's only.
00:53
Left arm. So on a fast PD, it's one right now, just for some left arm drift against gravity.
00:59
She has a history of strokes.
01:01
No known deficits from those.
01:05
As far as vitals go, patient is breathing 18, full and effective, sitting at 100% on room air.
01:11
Eyes are open, pupil three.
01:13
She is A and O three.
01:16
Able to move three extremities.
01:20
That left arm, she's able to lift it a little bit and hold it steady, but it's very weak against gravity right now.
01:26
And like I said, decrease.
01:28
Wrist on that left hand.
01:32
Heart rate of 90, normal sinus.
01:36
Blood pressure of 200 over 80, 200 over 80,
01:44
and a blood sugar of 109.
01:48
She is on no thinners, she does not take blood thinners.
01:52
Gonna look for an IV.
01:54
Like I said, just wanted to see if you.
01:56
You guys wanted to run that as a stroke just because she is far outside of the window.
02:02
Alright, 02:12 .
02:03
Thank you for report.
02:04
Just have a couple questions.
02:06
I want to clarify her age.
02:07
Seventy-one, seven-one.
02:09
That's what I heard.
02:10
And also, when did she wake up with these symptoms? Was it a few minutes ago? Was it earlier tonight? Well, about what time did she wake up?
02:20

02:53
It doesn't sound like we would.
02:55
I'm going to run it by the doc and see what she wants to do because sometimes she might make an exception and I'll be right with you.
03:02
Okay. Okay, city to 212.
03:05

03:07
