Sounds like our patient was walking into Staples over here when her left leg was feeling weak and then she fell to her bottom, resulting to her staying on the floor.
00:26
A nearby staff activated 911.
00:32
Sounds like patient is pain-free.
00:35
She denies any head.
00:38
Show that she was orthostatically positive.
00:40
She did have a blood pressure drop.
00:43
Any outward signs? Trauma, she's negative on the stroke scale.
00:46
She does take a blood thinner, but once again, she did not hit her head.
00:53
Our 2nd vital signs revealed that she had a blood pressure of eighty-six over fifty-two, heart rate of eighty-eight, respiratory rate of 16 .

01:15
We took that repeat blood pressure, just showed that she's orthostatically positive.
01:19
We were able to assist her to her car where she is going to be the driver.
01:25
She does have her partner with her in the passenger seat.
01:29
They're aware that they can recontact 911 if anything changes.
01:33
She was able to walk back and the partner did say that.
01:36
That was at her normal speed and that she looked normal to her.
01:40
She's aware of all the risks and complications up to including death.
01:44
She has signed our AMA form.
01:46
She's not impaired by drugs or alcohol.
01:48
Is there anything else that I can get for you guys?
01:51
So just to clarify, her blood pressure is 86 over 62 and she's going to get in the car and drive somewhere.
01:59
Is that am I understanding that sequence of events correctly?
02:05
That's affirmative.
02:06
We had an initial reading of 102 over 68 while she was lying supine on the floor.
02:11
When we took it as she was sitting upright, we had an initial reading of 80,
02:16
which was showing that she was orthostatically positive.
02:19
But yeah, that last, very last reading that we just had was 94, and at that point she's adamant of not going.
02:26
But she is in the car now.
02:28
She said this unit was about 10 minutes away and will reactivate if needed.
02:33
And changes. She's very adamant that I'm not going.
02:35
AMA form has been signed.
02:38
So your final blood pressure with her was 94.
02:44
94 over 52.
