Story goes, patient was walking in her garage and she tripped over a sofa, landing on her left knee.

Left knee cap noted swelling around the knee cap, possible dislocation.

She remembers the fall, no LOC.

She was bracing her fall on the way down.

She did not hit her head, neck, back, and needed thinners.

Not complaining of any pain, that's on the left knee pain, which is at a ten out of ten.

She received 100 mLs of Tylenol, and her pain improved to three out of ten.

Vitals are as follows on the bridge: she's breathing full and effective, 18 times a minute.

Lung sounds clear bilateral.

Isolated movement in three extremities, no movement in the in the left knee.

Good PMS and cap refill is intact on the left foot.
