At the Chow Hall, he fell on the tiled floor, landed on his left side.

Patient's complaining of lower back pain.

Someone assisted him outside and helped him down on the sidewalk.

When we got here, he's 803 .

Recalls the event,

complaining of lower lumbar pain on the middle and then the left side.

No marks are visible, no discoloration.

But just say on his lower back, secondary is unremarkable.

Didn't hit his head or anything else.

Patient does get free of seizures.

Said the last seizure he had was.

Continuing, he does have a history of seizures.

The last seizure he had was a few months ago, so the medication normally works for that.

Denies being allergic to anything.

All of his vitals are stable.

He's breathing at 20 , 2000 and ninety-seven percent on room air.

He's got a sixty-eight of blood pressure of 100 and forty-three over ninety-four.
