Driver in black sedan reportedly tried to hit work crew

RP is a gentleman doing tree work down there and advised a vehicle, a black sedan, unknown plate, came by, causing what he said was a ruckus and tried to hit the crew with a vehicle.

They have left, unknown direction of travel.

The four. Man is speaking to us.

He's en route from the Lexington area.

He advised that the workers on site are Hispanic and can't and cannot communicate well with dispatch.

So we're all being en route to that area shortly.
