We were called out today for a fall.

The wife stated the patient's been roughly intoxicated for about the past 24 hours and had multiple falls over that time period.

He fell last night, hurting his left lower back.

In the fall today, he fell face 1st onto the concrete.

No loss of consciousness, just back pain and no neck pain.

The wife stated he's had a lot to drink.

She didn't give us a good estimate,

but current vitals are as follows: 88 on the pulse, 96% on room air, and 146 over 88 on the blood pressure.
