This is Osceola Rescue 67, at your facility with a 77-year-old male chief complaint of fall.

Patient relates he felt weak and that's the reason he fell.

He has a laceration to his forehead.

He relates he had an LOC.

No blood thinners, not complaining of any pain.

It's currently A and O 4, GCS 15.
